Land at Batalie

The captioned lot which contains 0.55 acre originates from the Batalie Estate, which is a relatively large estate located due north of the Grand Savannah and south of Morne Rachette along the west coast of Dominica. This lot is located at both the northern and southern branches of the Batalie River. The land is relatively flat and disposed above the level of the river.
