Customers can perform utility bill payments from their accounts to a pre-defined utility company. A drop down list containing commonly used utility companies will be available for the customer to increase user-friendliness. The account of the customer will be automatically debited and the utility company’s account will be credited. The description of the payment will appear on the utility company’s account statement identifying the customer’s name and account number.
