  1. Letter from vendor indicating Intent to Sell: Must Include the Location of the Land, Square Footage & Selling Price

  2. Copy of Site Plan & Certificate of Title

  3. Proof of Income: Employment Letter & Most Recent Salary Slip

  4. Valuation of Property: Bank’s Recommended Valuators

  5. Proof of Address

  6. Certified Copies of Passport, Driver’s License or Social Security Card
