- Applicants must be eighteen years and over
- One (1) year period of continuous permanent employment at present employer
- Joint salary/income of not less than EC$1000.00 per month
- Copies of Approved Building Plans (from Planning Division)
- Proof of Income: Letter from Employer Self-Employed Individuals: Audited Accounts &/or Income Tax Assessments for the Last 3 Years
- Copy of Property’s Certificate of Title
- Credit Report/Credit Checks
- Intent to Sell Agreement/Purchase Sales Agreement(If Purchasing Property)
- Estimates/Evaluation of Property by Bank’s Recognized Valuators
