The Board of Directors has approved guidelines on investor relations and the disclosure of information, to ensure that the Bank provides at all times clear, transparent and thorough information on the Bank to investors. The Bank conducts its communications with investors in accordance with existing laws and regulations, particularly the regulations issued by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank and the Eastern Caribbean Stock Exchange, and in accordance with the main principle of equality between investors.
